Adult Program
Indoor Training
ADULTS ONLY
NILA is launching the area’s only adult track club this winter! This program is designed for adults who want to rediscover the joy of track, get a great workout, and be part of a supportive community—especially in an area where opportunities for adult track athletes have been limited.
Currently, we offer a sprint club, but we’re looking for adults or students to help lead additional event groups so we can reach even more people. Whether you’re a student aiming to transfer to a college track team, a former track athlete, or someone who’s never tried track but wants a fun way to exercise, there’s a place for you here. All experience levels are welcome!
Our Goal:
To create a thriving community of adult track athletes, including Rock Valley College students, where everyone can participate, improve their fitness, and enjoy Track and Field as a way to promote a healthy lifestyle. This club also serves as a space for RVC students to train, learn, and connect with others in the local track community.
Events & Meets:
At this time, we do not have any scheduled meets, but we will update the club calendar as they are added. Attendance is completely optional, so participate at your own pace and comfort level.
